Christina & Kevin reached out to me on Facebook after seeing one of my wedding photography ads. We set up a meeting and I’m so glad for it. About 10 minutes in I’d felt like I’d known them forever. We ended up having so much in common and realizing we could totally be friends outside this whole wedding thing. They immediately booked me and we set up their engagement session. Christina had ideas of the Denver Skyline in their photos and that was a twist from the usual naturesque feel of most other Colorado engagement session so I was all game.
We started in the heart of Downtown Denver on the famous Larimer Square to grab a few of them in the heart of the city they’d grown to love together. It was a little cloudy and got dark quicker than we had imagined. We finished up with a few night shots but decided to meet again to make sure Christina got the skyline feel still. And man, am I so glad we decided to meet again at City Park. God graced us with a beautiful Colorado sunset behind the Denver Skyline and was majestic.
I’m so excited for their Mile High Station wedding this summer! I don’t get many Denver weddings but I hope for more because it’s such an awesome and photogenic city.
