Catamount Lake House Wedding | Steamboat Springs Wedding Photographer

I happily travel to Catamount Lake House to be an elopement or wedding photographer. Steamboat Springs is one of my favorite mountain towns. I have cherished childhood memories there. Our father used to bring my brother and I to stay at the Rabbit Ears motel to get to snowboard. My brother and I would ride the bus from the motel to the mountain. Steamboat is where I got good at snowboarding, I started on blacks and shredding in the trees there.. Our yearly snowboarding/ birthday trip for my brother and my husband has continued for years and all started in Steamboat as a yearly thing my brother and I did. Now, my husband’s birthday is the day after my little brother’s so the tradition has been wonderful to continue together! We all love Steamboat.

I’ve shot multiple weddings at Catamount Lake House and it never gets old! It’s a really wonderful site and space for weddings. Jenn & Brian have the same kind of love for Steamboat as I do and I can totally see why they picked the lake house for their Steamboat wedding. Their day was a wonderful celebration of that love for Steamboat and what the town meant to their combining families. It was awesome to share their love for the boat. <3
